Mckenzie Mastin (Has an Apartment). Looking for a lady to take over my lease - it ends Aug 2024. Two other female roommates ages 21-23. They are very kind, quiet, respectful, and clean. Private bedroom, shared bathroom. 5 min walk from campus, target, restaurants, etc. Price is $730 a month plus utilities which is about $90 per person. I do have a parking spot, there is parking rent. Updated appliances, in unit washer and dryer, air conditioner, heat, internet, private entrance, closet space, large kitchen/living room.
