Adam (Has a Room). There are two rooms available. One has no windows but does have private entrance and ceiling fan. The other has windows and a closet. Either can be furnished. The place is quiet and peaceful. I live here with my mother but I will be the one handling the arrangements, acting as landlord. We desire a tenant who is respectful, considerate, discreet, and responsible, always on time with the rent.
