Donna Powell (Has a Place). I own a 3/2 villa in Deerfield Beach/Pompano Beach (Depends on your GPS). I am renting 2 rooms and 1 full bath. The large room, $1 100 per month, includes personal entrance. This room sits across from the shared bathroom and brand new washer and dryer. The standard room, $750, is standard bedroom size with a wide closet. One small wall is also designed as a chalkboard. It's been quite handy for many different things. This bedroom sits in the same hallway as your shared bathroom and brand new washer & dryer. The shared bathroom is shared by the tenants only. I have my own bathroom. Another option would also be for a couple etc to take both rooms. Previous tenants used the standard room as their actual bedroom while using the larger room for their personal living and dining space with their computer desk. If that's the case, there would be a discount. Tentant(s) must be comfortable with dogs as I personally have 1 dog. She's a Dachshund/Chihuahua mix. I also babysit dogs quite often. This does not mean that you will be trampled when you get home if you don't like that. My home never smells of animals though. I do keep my home organized and clean. I expect and appreciate all tenants/roommates to clean up after themselves...especially in the common and shared spaces. I am partially disabled and stay home 90% of the time. Because of my physical disabilities I am 420 friendly. I also have a nice size back yard with a nice patio/umbrella set and fire pit. I live on a very quiet street with a cul-de-sac. Within 5 to 10 minute drive to highways and shopping. Now, about my personality. For the most part, I keep to myself and understand that my tenants want the same. I also know that if we all get along, we all may want to hang out in the living room and watch Netflix, Hulu, peacock etc. To keep busy, I like to cook and bake which means you will most likely enjoy snacks, sweets and sometimes even some meals.
