Details:Rent is $735 each and includes everything but electric. You would have your own bedroom and bathroom. Move in date is approximately Feb 1 but it could be a little earlier. Parking is available. Great location right next to Hyvee, bus line, pharmacy and dog park. This is a "workforce housing" apartment with income restrictions so you need to earn under $20,000.
