I do much of my work tasks from home, much related to his caregiving as a person with special needs. He visits his other parent overnight a couple of days a week as well as every other weekend. We are Autism-friendly and LGBTQ2IA friendly. We have been living here for over a decade, and the roommate who is leaving has been here for over 2 years and is only leaving because they got a job in another city.This is a 2 level, 3 bedroom apartment. Apartment to be shared with 2 other people. Has an entrance to the unit on each level. Would be sharing a kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. The Master Bedroom for rent is large and unfurnished, has a large closet and its own balcony. There is a second, larger balcony on the lower floor of the unit. Low-rise apartment building, has coin laundry available on ground level and elevators. Underground parking on site for an additional monthly fee.
