Samantha Travis (Has an Apartment). Im A nurse for private home healthcare and part time at Illinois Masonic. Im going to spoil to school for my masters. My roommate needs a cheaper housing option and to be closer to work. I love to cook Im very clean I always clean up extra because I have two small dogs and want to be respectful of my roommates their guests and my guess who come over. We have a wonderful rooftop thats open almost all year round. We have a small mini fitness center with treadmills weights and other workout equipment. A massive laundry room. Parking is about 150 a month here unless its gone up but I doubt it. Street parking is free around the neighborhood too but you also have to kind of fight for space. I live right next to the Walt Disney magnet school. Short walking distance to Montrose Harbor, nine hole golf course, beaches, and all the lakefront park. Walking distance to Wrigley Field And all the bars and nightclubs of Lakeview. Walking distance from all grocery stores and access to the buses and red line stop at Sheridan and Irving Park Road. all the furniture you see in the living room is mine and will be staying here unless you have better pieces and I do have a storage locker that I can actually move my furniture to accommodate and make you feel right at home. We actually also have its 1.5 bath. In my bedroom I have a sink and vanity mirror. So in the morning all I would do is just use the bathroom to shower and then go into my room and finish getting ready so theres never any waiting. Im very active during spring summer and fall with my dogs to go for long walks hang out at the beach and just relax. I may throw the occasional little dinner party for family and friends and I will always let you know and definitely invite you in to pick out the food I cook. In my early 20s I used to live with chefs so they taught me all about cooking and I have a fun love for it. Plus I have a lot of cooking supplies and Im always willing to share and teach.
