Lamchap (Has an Apartment). I've been a tenant here for 4 years, haven't missed a payment. I just need people who can pay rent and don't mind the smell of weed. This is a quiet community so no parties or big events here. A few friends is cool but nothing rowdy. I work and play video games so thats pretty much the extent of what I do. There is 1 big bedroom (1050) and 1 small bedroom (950) that will be available in February. Both share the same bathroom. There is also 1 parking space for our unit along with other reserved spots you can use. All utilities included.
