Available starting from August 2nd, we offer a medium-sized room with a private bathroom. The monthly rent is $900, and a $200 deposit is required. Our arrangement is on a month-to-month basis, and as long as things go smoothly, there will be no need for eviction. In our home, we have two friendly and lovable dogs, as well as a cat. While we appreciate the company of our pets, we kindly request that no additional pets be brought in. Our household is not a party house, but we do enjoy occasional socializing.
