My boyfriend and I are looking for a new roomie to take over the one bedroom dec 1.Your bedroom would of course be off limits to us, as our room would be off limits to you. Theres a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. There is paid laundry in the basement, and also a laundromat a few blocks away on Fraser & Broadway. We are Close to the 99 and Commercial broadway station. Our place is fully furnished minus whatever you would need for you bedroom, we have a lot so it would be best for someone who really doesnt have much furniture Theres a shared front porch (our friends upstairs have access to this as well) as well as our private deck in the back yard!My boyfriend Dane and I love art and music, theres always music playing, art being made in the winterSummer time is mostly spent outside! We also have 2 cats, and a few fish tanks, so you would have to be good with pets.We both work full time jobs, Monday to Friday and I work on call 2-3 days each week. We both smoke and are also 420 friendly ! Roommate must clean up after themselves. Not days later either. Do your dishes, clean what you use,respect others in the house. This includes floors, stove, bathroom. If youre a person who likes peace and quiet, this wouldnt be the place for you. Would be good to find a like minded person like us. Rent is due the first of each month , with cash, as our landlord does not do e-transfer. Rent would be 1000 a month which includes all utilities and Wi-Fi. We both like to keep busy! My cats are my world, dont let them go outside please lol We love music and art, being outside, having a great time! Respect our space and we will respect yours. We arent the quietest people so someone who works nights or isnt the quietest either would be best
