Close to Eagle Rock and Glassell Park, grocery stores, a Glendale Library Connection and a Coffee Shop just down the street. The apartment is quiet, calm with two cats. The living room is more like a small library with over 100 art and fiction books. The room has ample storage and a great view. I'm an artist who works almost every day from around 10am to 8pm. Short term or long term available. When I'm home, I usually read, research or game. It's a low key living situation, so no partying or craziness. I'm looking for someone who works full time and keeps the place clean and is cool with my cats.
