$1,500 /Month

Lookiing for a roommate to split rent 50/50. Is $3000 a month so $1500 each a month. This place is within walking distance to the metrorail and trirail. It is a brand new luxury apartment with a huge pool, cabanas, bbq grills, billiards room, state of the art gym and and entertainment room. Utilities are not included so we would split that in half too. I am searching for someone with a dependable career and excellent credit that will not miss any payments every month. I work nights, so I am searching for someone respectful of my time since I sleep during the afternoon till the evenings. Pet is ok, but you must clean up after your pet.
