As a member you have access to dedicated coworking spaces and an on-demand fitness app. You will also have the option for in-person access to more than 200 studios in New York for an additional payment through the app. During the booking process, we conduct a thorough verification to ensure the safety and comfort of our community. Please be prepared to provide the following: your ID, two recent bank statements, two recent pay stubs, and details about your rental history. If you are a student or international student, you will also need to provide information about your guarantor or sponsor. This way, you can have peace of mind knowing that all your roommates have been carefully screened. Our kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cookware, and everything else you'll need to make a home-cooked meal. It also included: coffee grounds, tea, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and garbage/recycling bags, all of which are routinely restocked. We provide: many bathroom essentials and there are never queues - you'll never have to wait...; regular weekly cleaning so you can focus fully on your work or study; all our cleaning supplies are eco-friendly and allergen-free; 24/7 security cameras in all common areas. NEIGHBORHOOD Known for its thriving arts scene, developing reputation as a foodie destination, and relatively affordable rent, Bushwick is an attractive option for young professionals and creatives.
