Our apartment has a lake/park and city view, which is amazing to wake up and come home to every day. The Air and Water show in August is AWESOME , and the view is unbelievably incredible on an every-day basis. Wake up and see the sunrise over the lake, and the different colors of the sun.

Amazing gym. Several treadmills, bikes, and ellipticals; free weights, 5-6 basic machines, and barbells/racks; a dance/stretching studio (hard wood, with a bar (barre) around the outside, and recently-added doors that block the sound from the rest of the fitness studio). There's even a mini sauna!The pool is as amazing as the pictures make it look, with an unblocked view of the city that is unbelievable!

The Top floor (business center, lounge area) is also very nice, clean, and very good for getting work done from home.

There are 7 bus lines that I can think of that stop within 2 blocks of the apartment building, so getting almost anywhere straight north/south/west is pretty easy.
