Shared living/roommate for rent

Overview

I have a furnished ensuite available in a very nice house in a quiet, well established neighborhood. I am the only one living here. You would be occupying a large furnished master bedroom suite with Queen sized bed, full private bath, dressing room, walk in closet and standard closet (two closets). Amenities include access to common areas; garden, gazebo, fenced in yard, patio, fire pit, craft/sewing room, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen with new dishwasher, hot water heat pump (never run out of hot water), double garage, Directv (Disney+, Hulu, Paramount+, and MAX), WIFI, gas fireplace in den, living room, and dinning room.
