As a SharedEasy member you have access to dedicated coworking spaces and an on-demand fitness app. You will also have the option for in-person access to more than 200 studios in New York for an additional payment through the app. HOME Our Park Ave East Home, a premier co-living space located in East Harlem, just moments away from the vibrant 116th Street Subway Station. Conveniently situated on 101 East 116th Street, our property offers swift access to trains 6, 4, and 5, making it an ideal choice for those with commitments on the East Side of Manhattan. We have shared and private bedrooms in this apartment. The prices provided are intended as an initial estimate and are calculated on the basis of a 12-month contract. However, the ultimate pricing will be influenced by several factors, including seasonal variations, availability, and the level of commitment. BEDROOM Indulge in the comfort of our shared rooms, shared among two individuals, with each occupant benefiting from a designated personal space, fostering a harmonious living environment. Your move-in-ready room awaits, fully furnished for your convenience, including individual safes for added security and peace of mind leaving you with no need to even bring a pillow. All shared rooms are non-mixed gender and well-equipped. COMMON AREAS Park Ave East Home, a distinctive co-living experience designed for digital nomads, business travelers, and those seeking hassle-free living in the heart of the city. Our fully-furnished, modern homes cater to various living preferences, offering shared rooms and private rooms. Enjoy amenities such as a common kitchen, Wi-Fi, cleaning services, security, and a well-equipped kitchen, providing everything you need to feel at home. Our kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, cookware and everything else you'll need to make a home-cooked meal. It also included: coffee grounds, tea, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, and garbage/recycling bags, all of which are routinely restocked. We provide: many bathroom essentials and there are never queues - you'll never have to wait; regular weekly cleaning so you can focus fully on your work or study; all our cleaning supplies are eco-friendly and allergen-free; 24/7 security cameras in all common areas. NEIGHBORHOOD Nestled in the heart of East Harlem, our co-living space Park Avenue East Home is situated in a neighborhood that pulsates with a diverse array of music, ranging from lively salsa beats to captivating live jazz performances. East Harlem, also known as El Barrio or Spanish Harlem, stands out as a fantastic neighborhood characterized by immense pride and a robust sense of community.
