About your new room: PRIVATE ENTRANCE + PRIVATE BATHROOM + ALL BILLS PAID = DREAM PAD! UNFURNISHED OR FURNISHED; queen-size bed, love-seat sofa, fridge w/ freezer, microwave, mini-stove and air-fryer, large closet, chest drawer w/ matching night stand, TV w/ 50+ channels, Wi-Fi, laundry room as well as plenty of parking space. Rent is $740 a month with All-Utilities-Included! There will be a $260 deposit, and no fee for verification and background check. I am organizing viewings next week if you'll like to see it!
