Shared living/roommate for rent

Overview

This is a large house with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It comes with a new XL washer and dryer big enough to fit king-size bed sheets. There is also a new stainless microwave and fridge, a noise-free dishwasher, and an induction cooktop. Within walking distance of the community pool and 75-mile greenbelt for outdoor activities. Tons of parks surround the area and are close to restaurants and medical centers. Groceries, gas, and shops are less than 15 mins from this house in Kingwood. There is a toddler in the house, so background checks and employment verification are required. The house is very quiet and peaceful; we are surrounded by forest, and indoor plants line the living room ceiling window/wall. I keep the house very clean and tidy and only wish to live with the same sort of people. On weekends, will usually only have 1 person at home as I try to take the kid out of the house as often as possible. There is a very old 10lb dog that sleeps most of the time, only barks when there are deliveries, and loves to be petted. The dog is very clean and has short hair, minimal shedding (we keep him downstairs only), and hardwood floors throughout the whole house. There is a mini fridge you can rent with the room for $10.00 a month to keep all your drinks cold if you're too lazy to walk downstairs to the big fridge. Utensils, pots, and pans are all welcome usage.
