Shared living/roommate for rent

Overview

I'm looking for a new roommate to take over the other bedroom in my apartment in Brooklyn. It's a really nice, spacious place in Bed-Stuy, a 5-minute walk from the subway with significant closet space, a patio, game room, rooftop terrace, dishwasher, laundry, and a gym in the building. The building has an equestrian theme and is beautiful, like living in a hotel with a public piano/living room.
