One bedroom for rent in a two-bedroom condo! The condo has two large bedrooms, two baths, a large living room, and an eat-in kitchen! Central A/C. Parking is first come first serve. Fantastic DTC location with easy access to light rail, I-25 and I-225, parks, restaurants, and shopping. The complex includes a clubhouse w/ fitness equipment, a pool, and on-site coin laundry. One year (or longer) lease preferred. The application fee is $39.99 and includes background and credit checks. One month's deposit is due upon lease signing and the first month's rent is due upon move-in. Separate, non-refundable deposit due for pets. Utility bills (energy, internet) will be split.
