Full equipped room for rent with a brand new full size bed (arriving 5/20), new full size mattress, new (3) pillows and new (2 pairs) bedsheets with new (4) new pillowcases, linens and quilt are used but in excellent condition. 6 drawers dresser, multiple shelves with plenty of storage. Night stand with nightlight. Accent rugs and mirror. Direct and private access to the bathroom (Shared bathroom). All bills and almost all services (E.g. Cleaning/Laundry) are included in the price. Full equipped kitchen. Dining table, 75' TV with Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, Paramount+, WOW Present + and more is available in the living room, sofa and coffee table as well. Balcony with view to the pool. Pool, grills and gym. The room has a Sliding Door Curtain. A desk with chair is available if needed at no extra cost.
