Shared living/roommate for rent

Hello! I'm looking to sublet my room (in a 2 bed/1 bath apt.) between June 1-July 31. Rent is $1,400. Apartment is located in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. The dates are not flexible, unfortunately, since the lease is over on August 1. The apartment has a dishwasher, washer and dryer in the basement, and central heat and air. You will also have access to the rooftop. Our apartment is a 3-min walk from the 2/3/4/5 trains and a 10-min walk from Prospect Park. 25-min train ride to Manhattan. This is a queer-friendly apartment. You would share the apartment with one roommate: 26M, gay-identifying, super chill guy. Process would require signing a sublease agreement, a refundable security deposit (which will be returned at the end of the sublease), and first month rent. Reach out if you're interested!
