This is Naz, I have 2 different Bright, Clean, Safe, Quite, Nice and Large Furnished private rooms in Manhattan. The rooms are air-conditioned and centrally heated. Also they have a smart tv, closet, lovely furniture. Clean, superintendent, and camera building without insect and mouse. Transportation is very easy and fast in all directions. 2,4,5,6 train only 2 blocks away. Aldi supermarket, Costco, Dollar Tree, Marshall store, Burlington store and Planet fitness are within walking distance. The building is at the corner of 2nd Avenue and 118th Street. It's a safe neighborhood. -Currently Available. The rent is $1400 and $1500 per month and negotiable. We live in the apartment 2 ladies. We are educated, clean and reliable people. My roommates is a young pianist and continues to study piano at a very good university. I'm a teacher, but I'm not working at a school at currently. There are no pets in our home. None of us use alcohol, cigarettes or drugs. There are no guests or parties in the apartment. We are very busy.
