2 bedrooms available for rent - $650 monthly rent per room. *2.5 baths (we have the master bedroom with master bathroom) - roommates would be sharing 1.5 baths. *washer / dryer included. *free utilities (we also provide bottled water for the house). *internet included (google fiber). *smoker friendly, just no smoking in the house. *no animals per lease. *must keep common areas clean. We don't expect the house to be spotless every single day, just not dirty multiple days in a row. *must have stable reliable job with transportation. *if website does not provide any background check or verification, then we will require a background check or just some type of proof that rent is not an issue. *we are in the center of of UTSA, La Cantera Mall, Restaurants, Parks, & trails. About Us: Hiii I'm Jaz & he's Elijah, we are looking to rent out our spare bedrooms. We love cooking & trying new foods. Super into anime & new tv shows/movies. Basketball is life over here & we love to be active. Enjoy discovering new music & new activities to try out. Heavy video gamers! I'm a remote Insurance Agent & Elijah is an accountant. We work the standard 8-5 , 9-5 , 9-6 with some mandatory overtime.
