UTILITIES: Tenant is responsible for payment of all utilities including: Electricity, Utility, Internet (Weekly pool and lawn mowing service included. PETS: Only non-aggressive deemed breeds allowed. TERMINATION: Either party may terminate this lease with 90 days written notice prior to the end of the term. Tenant is responsible for rent through the termination date.
