Shared living/roommate for rent

Overview

Looking for one roommate to move into my townhome! All shared living areas are already furnished, so you only need to bring stuff for your bed and bath. Pets may be allowed depending on type, temperament, size, etc. The townhome is located in a new neighborhood right off of President George Bush Toll Road, so you have easy access to the highway. The neighborhood is also right next to the Station in Sachse, so it is in a developing area with more shopping and entertainment being built currently. Application fee is required to cover for background checks. One month deposit is required upon move-in. Message me for more details!
