Shared living/roommate for rent

Hello! I have a 1 bedroom apartment between Venice beach & Santa Monica, CA, I'm renting the private room to a male roommate, place is so close to the beach!! You need to be a person that is a Non smoker of any kind, please. I'm very quiet and respectful, I'm looking for the same. About me: I work from home in finance so that would be nice if you are full employed day time:) 3 blocks from the beach, near Urth Caffe Santa Monica, Whole foods, metro Expo Line, Santa Monica Pier etcnear to everything!! :) Very fun area!!! I'm renting it asap now May the 4th, I ask for $1395 rent and $995 deposit. Rent is just for the room, it has fridge, bathroom, walking closet, firm twin mattress worth $1000. Bathroom is inside of the room but I can use the bathroom in the building as well:) There is a chance to split the room next month with student for $795 But is optional 323-335-8439 moni text rent now!
