We all LOVE LOVE our home's location.I am a mature, happy, positive, spiritual and well centered male owner who plans to snowbird and travel more and share my beautiful home with another mature, respectful and trustworthy and stable roommate. The spacious home has a lovely spa-like living room, family room, dining room and kitchen which can be shared if you're a CLEAN cook. You will live with thoughtful, balanced, considerate and trustworthy owner and co-roommates (3) who will respectfully honor your privacy as you respect ours. We are social and friendly. Quality of life is very important to us.At times we reasonably visit but the "boys" are very private introverts and keep to themselves most days. Often I only see them at supper time on weekdays and sometimes I don't see them whatsoever on weekends. The boys have been with me for 1 1/2 & 1 years. Previous two were 7 1/2 and 6 yrs with me. I know how to pick the right roommate and my roommates deeply appreciate my doing so.
