A newly-renovated, eat-in kitchen comes fully equipped with full-size appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave. This smoke-free apartment also includes WiFi, keyless smart locks, and a wall-mounted TV. A four-minute walk will get you to Brighton Avenue, which serves as Allston's main commercial thoroughfare. Here you will find an assortment of shops, restaurants, and drug stores. You have the option of renting a room or this entire apartment if available. Rooms can be furnished upon request. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up, you'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement which you need to sign within 24 hours. For our Boston units, you'll pay the last month's rent upfront instead of a security deposit.
