Shared living/roommate for rent

Overview

Spacious 3 bedroom apartment 10 minutes away from Graham L. I am the only tenant, the third bedroom is shared and used as a living room. 2nd floor walkup with storage and washer dryer in basement, a large kitchen, and private roof space. Newly renovated bathroom and kitchen with dishwasher. Close proximity to grocery stores, parks, gym, bars, and restaurants. I have a dog who is extremely people friendly. She needs to be the only pet in the home. She is well trained, behaved, and will occasionally bark at loud noise in the hallway or street but not much else. Bedroom for rent has private access to your own rooftop, a queen bed, a desk, and a closet. These things can also be removed if unneeded. Room is month to month, but am asking for first, last, and security upfront as I have been badly burned before.
