Shared living/roommate for rent

Overview

Seeking a roommate for the larger bedroom in a 2 BR in Astoria, Queens. The room is roughly 10' x 16' and can accommodate a queen-sized bed as well as additional furniture. It even has its own closet! Individuals only and no pets or smoking (of any kind), please. The apartment is mostly furnished with my things, though the room itself is unfurnished. We have a huge living room and kitchen with a dishwasher, plus a decent sized shared bathroom. The apartment is on the ground floor. The window faces southeast and gets a lot of light, especially in the morning. We are very close to the subway and local bus routes, so public transportation is a snap. The commute to Manhattan is usually around 35-40 minutes. Services are very close to us, but the block itself is residential and mostly quiet (it is NYC after all). Astoria is a fantastic neighborhood. Come see what all the fuss is about!
