Shared living/roommate for rent

Overview

I am looking for a roommate to rent out a bedroom, from a two bed/one bath apartment I am renting. Total rent is $1,250 plus tax, utilities, electricity, and internet. The cost of electricity is dependent on usage. So rent should be in the $700-800 range. I am primarily aiming to rent to fellow ASU students. As the location is only six minutes from campus and four minutes from Tempe marketplace. It is 810 sqft, in an older building.
