I already got approved for this 2bed 2 bath and this will be your bedroom and it has a private bathroom in it. The management of this property has already ran my credit and background checks and I was approved. Parking : You are going to have your covered parking. Full kitchen, living room, and dining privileges. The living room and dining will be furnished. All you need to bring in is your bed and all kitchen appliances will be available for your use. Laundry : in-unit washer & dryer. Free internet . Credit, proof of income, and background checks are required. $250 deposit. Rules: must clean the kitchen after every use, No loud music at night.
