Shared living/roommate for rent

Overview

Looking for female roommate. I have a doggy. I'm open to you have a dog too. No cats. You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. Garage space for your vehicle. A third room as an office should you want to use that. I don't use it as I work out in the living/kitchen room. I'm open to short term lease (2-3 month) and longer with month to month after that to ensure it continues to serve us both.
