Overview

We are looking for a roommate to fill a private bedroom with a shared bathroom (shared with one other person). The rent for the room is $873 The utilities are variable but are roughly $155 a month (for water, power, gas and internet) Expect to pay roughly $1028 per month (rent & utilities) The room has a standard closet with sliding mirror doors The room is 11ft x 11ft , it is unfurnished, but the shared living area is furnished. No Cats (other roommates have cat allergies) Any other pets are okay We have a long driveway for us all to park off street and a large backyard with a grill, seating area, grassy area, fruit trees and planter boxes.
