The apt is gut renovated, split floor plan located on the first floor of the two unit building. Radiant heat is in the floor throughout apt for winter months, and an A/C window unit will be available for summer. The room that is available is on the backside of the apt with very limited street noise. The room is furnished with: a new full size bed frame/mattress/box spring/stain and bug proof mattress protector, night stand, desk with chair, small tv and AppleTV. There is direct access to the large outdoor deck & backyard from the room. Current pictures don't show added desk and chair. The rent is $1,500 a month (includes utilities) Will require deposit of one month's rent plus full criminal and financial background check. Available for move now.
