We are looking for a creative and respectful individual to sign on to a year lease(: Rent is 960/mo + utilities (~$75-100 mo). Move in requires a security deposit + first month's rent ($960). The apartment is a 3 floor walk-up, 4-bedroom/1.5 bath in Bushwick. The room can fit a full or even a queen size bed, desk, and some other small furniture. Windows that get great sunlight during the day. Super tall ceilings and a lofted living room. **disclamer, the photos of the room are examples of what the space MAY look like - and are not what the space looks like currently. The only thing that will be staying from the photos in the room are the three large metal racks , if you choose to keep them** Amenities: - fire escape -central AC/heating - washer and dryer in building - dishwasher -shared microwave, shared cooking supplies - main floor shared living space - lofted living room About the location: 5 blocks away from the J train Chauncey stop 4 blocks away from the L train Bushwick-Aberdeen stop 12 blocks away from the A/C Train at Broadway Junction Three blocks away from the B26 bus to get to downtown Brooklyn, three blocks away from a Rudd Skatepark, ten blocks from Irving Square Park, and a bunch of restaurants and bars (The Evergreen, Purgatory, Nowadays, Father Knows Best, All Night Skate, etc.) all within the ten block radius. Also one block away from a very affordable grocery store, as well as a more expensive and expansive grocery store, and tons of deli/corner stores. There are only 4 units inside of the apartment building as a whole, so the neighbors are always pretty quiet and chill. We do tend to listen to music at a respectful volume in the common space from time to time, as well as tv or movies. Looking to build a relaxing home of independent, creative minded folks who respect and cherish alone time, as well as love to chill and watch movies, or cook together at times:) About Us: - You'll be living with 3 men. One roommate works overnights as a Shelter Coordinator, as well as occasional freelance work in film / television(Cam, 27, he/him, queer/bi). a roommate who works in musical entertainment(Santana, 25, he/him, queer), and tends to travel for work at times. The third roommate also sings and makes music, as well as working in a restaurant (Mike, he/him, queer). Since one roommate will be working an overnight job, we are looking for the house to stay at a calm volume until the afternoon. We're an apartment passionate about music, film, arts/crafts, good food, classic gaming, and a vast appreciation for the arts in general. We are independent individuals who value our personal space and respect each others, but are always more than down for hang outs. We are all respectful of the communal space, and hope you will be too! About You: -Have a a steady job, and are a good communicator. Lease requires a tenant or guarantor with 40x income($75,000 annually) and a great credit score. Hoping to find someone who loves this space as much as we do, cleans up after themselves, and is generally chill and friendly! No couples/pets, 4/20 friendly.
