Overview

My roommate and I are looking for a third person to replace our third roommate in our 3 bed, 2 bath apartment in Astoria. We love the place, our third roommate is leaving for job-related reasons and we really hope to continue living here. It is on the third floor of a nice apartment building with elevator. We have a large kitchen, living room, and furnished living space. The two of us are age 24 and friends from college. We are both computer programmers who work from home. We keep the place very clean and organized, and don't drink or do any other substances. Both of us are on the quiet side-- if this sounds like a good fit let's get into contact!
