Available April 1. Option to select 1 of 2 BRs, unfurnished. Room 1 is 8' x 12'8" with window and separate entry. Room 2 is 10'6" x 10' with small skylight. Both rooms are currently painted white. Near 4/5, 2/3, A/C, shuttle to B, Q trains. Plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes, groceries and shops nearby. A 15 minute walk to the Brooklyn Museum, Botanic Garden and Prospect Park. Must be ok with pets; I have a friendly dog and mellow cat. 1 month deposit, $1400 / month + utilities. 4-6 months, with possible extension. Proof of steady income. About me: I'm a creative entrepreneur, hybrid WFH + co-working. Like the balance of having a chill, relaxing space, and entertaining people on occasion.
