Hi everyone! My roommate is going to be moving in with her SO at the end of our lease so I'm on the search for someone who would like to take her place. The apartment has an in unit washer / dryer, dishwasher, wine fridge and we have rooftop access. We're a few blocks from Central Park and museum row. Right at the bottom of the building is a fantastic Italian restaurant and a wine store. We're a 3 minute walk from the 6 train and the Q is only a few blocks away. Rent for my lease renewal is $1550 ( not including wifi/ electric)
