**MOVE-IN AVAILABLE FROM MAY 15 ONWARD** We have a private room available for rent in our beautiful & modern townhome in the heart of Hollywood. You will be living with two guys - both professionals in their 30's - who have lived here for 6 years. Bedroom comes with private bathroom and private balcony. Built in 2016, the townhome is equipped with all modern amenities including updated kitchen appliances, central AC/heat, in-unit washer/dryer, tandem parking in gated underground garage, and a sweet little yard (we're the only unit in the building who has one). The living room, kitchen and half-bath are on the 1st floor, with bedrooms on the 2nd & 3rd floor. The living room has floor to ceiling windows - the natural light in this place is insane. We keep the place very clean and cleanliness is a must. This is a no pet household (one of the roommates is allergic). We are easygoing guys looking for a roommate who can commit for one year. Ideal roommate is 20's/30's male, employed or student. Both roommates have girlfriends who are over 2-3 times a week at the most. One roommate works full-time in office, the other is fully WFH. Hobbies include movies, sports, video games, etc. **IMPORTANT NOTE: The room CAN, if desired, come furnished. Furniture is nothing special, mostly purchased at Ikea, but includes mattress, box spring, headboard and TV stand. If not desired, room can come empty and professionally cleaned.
