House comes with AC, a beautiful backyard and spacious deck. Within walking distance to light rail and close to many restaurants, grocery store and only minutes to Washington Park. Utilities will be back-billed and average around $ 80 per month. Cats are welcome. No pet fees or deposit! No smoking, vaping or drugs of any kind including marijuana. Must be ok with a background/credit check before move-in.
