Shared living/roommate for rent

Overview

I am looking for a roommate 22+ years old to fill a bedroom in my 2-bed 2-bath condo. The condo is on the 2nd floor and has high vaulted ceiling, which will ensure fresh air, plenty of natural lights, and that you never have to deal with noises from above. The bedroom is spacious with its own bathroom. You will also have a reserved parking space. The condo is inside a gated community in a serene and quiet neighborhood. It is 7 miles away from Denver downtown and 8 miles away from the premium outlet, which gives you access to virtually everything in both Denver and Thornton. The HOA takes care of most utilities, so the utilities left are electricity and internet, which is around $60/person/month. I am a quiet and clean person, and I'd prefer my roommate to be relatively clean, communicative, and not have too many parties (once per week is fine). Small, caged pets are ok. I am looking to fill it anytime from May 15. Deposit is $600. I can do 6-month or 12-month term. If you do 12-month you'll have the 1st month free. Some locations close to the condo: water world, Platt River Trailhead Park, Rocky Mountain Lake Park, Pelican Ponds, Denver Premium Outlet, Carpenter Recreation Center, Denver downtown (Union Station), and many more! A bit about me: early 30s working professional in the research field who is quiet and clean. I practice the piano almost daily, but will play at low volume if it disturbs you. I tend to keep to myself and quite an introvert, but would not mind if my roommate has occasional loud music and parties and/or overnight guests. I work normal hours and go to bed and wake up early. I am a very clean person (I can be a bit unorganized occasionally, but clean), and strive to keep the unit clean, and would appreciate it if my roommate would do the same. Note: the furniture is from the previous owner, and will go away, and I will buy the new furniture soon. I will also buy a new microwave and stove soon. Over time, I will continuously update and upgrade the condo (when I save enough).
