Shared living/roommate for rent

Overview

It is an awesome four bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. It was just completely rebuilt from the ground up in 2019 so everything is very new. we already have appliances, a couch, plates/bowls,/cups, utensils, and a big living room TV (which you are free to use). There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. The only thing you would need to bring is items for your bedroom. The area is great too, it is a 10 minute walk to Boston Landing commuter rail, and about a 12-15 minute walk to two stops on the green line (Harvard Ave. and Packards Corner). It is also close to bars, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is right off of the Mass pike for easy commutes as well. Jayne and I both work in person and commute out of the city. The rent price is $1,300 for each roommate (for a total of $5,200/month). The utilities are not included but when split 4 ways are not too bad.
