Utilities are not included and will be split among three people (you, the other roommate, and me). You will need to share the same bathroom with another female roommate. Features: - Convenient location: walking distance to Fairmount, northern liberty, and Chinatown. - Ring professional security monitoring - central air - washer/dryer - digital locks with Apple home key - the house is recently renovated, meaning new toilets, new flooring, and home appliances - private backyard - gated community with access to the mailbox - on-premises parking is also available for an additional charge, but you can always use street parking as well About me: I'm a working professional working from home. In my free time, I like to work out, do anything outdoors, go out for a drink or stay at home playing video games or watching anime. I have a small but very friendly dog who always appreciates the attention. The other roommate and I are easygoing and open to how things should work within the house. What I ask: - be respectful with and kind to everyone in the house - no discrimination of any kind based on race, religion, or gender identity - clean up after yourself in the shared space - no smoking - pets are allowed, but we must ensure they get along with my dog.
