Shared living/roommate for rent

Overview

Hi! Im starting my search a bit early but my roommate informed me that it'll be her last 6 months living with me as our lease is set to end OCTOBER 1ST 2024. Looking to stay in this 2 bedroom apartment and find a female in mid 20's to take over the lease with me. Apartment has a dishwasher, and a cute small private backyard for us only! (I do gardening in the summer for fruits, veggies and tons of flowers and backyard BBQ's). Looking for a female in her mid 20s with a stable job, proof of income ( last 4 pay stubs) preferably over $65,000 per year! Able to provide all documents necessary to be signed on a lease. I am a very easy roommate, I prioritize cleaning (weekly floor mopping & bathroom cleaning) but dont over exaggerate as I understand people are busy. Guests allowed of course (not daily or more than 2x per week, weekends are totally fine) as long as I am notified before i walk around in panties or little clothing.
