Shared living/roommate for rent

Overview

My roommate, Emily, and I are looking for someone to move into the largest bedroom in our 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment when our other roommate moves out at the end of July. The room will be available on August 1st. It is a huge space with a spacious closet, tons of natural light, and an individual thermostat. The apartment has one bathroom, central air, a gas stove, and a dishwasher. There are app-operated laundry machines across the hall from our unit, elevators, and nightly security guards. Our landlord also offers parking for an additional fee per month depending on availability. The apartment is in the South End, which in our opinion is the best neighborhood in the city, and is under a 10-minute walk to both the Red and Orange lines, and about a 17-minute walk to the Green line. We are a block away from Whole Foods, Tatte, Sweet Green, and CVS. We are also a super close walk to all of the amazing South End restaurants and boutiques. Both the 90 and the 93 on ramps are a few minutes from our building. We are looking to live with a 23-30 year old female who is either in grad school or working full time. Wifi and electric are not included in rent, and we each pay a third of the costs.
