Shared living/roommate for rent

Overview

I have a four bedroom place I am renting and would like to share it with one other tennant. We will be the only two in the apartment so you may use one of the bedrooms as an office, workout space, etc. All rooms come with a private bath but I am only looking for one other roomate. I have white cat about 6 years old, he's super friendly. Another cat would be welcome but no dogs. Also, no smoking in the house. Drinking is fine. I work at night and keep late hours so please bear that in mind although the walls are pretty thick. It is currently unoccupied, move in is april 1st. You will need to fill out an background with the building and there is a fee invovled, 40 or 60 dollars. There is a king sized bed in one of the rooms, that can be removed or you can use it, whatever your preference.
