Overview

My roommate is leaving mid-April but I really like the place so I'd like to stay here. The lease renews at the end of May but you could probably move in sooner. Roommate floor plan so two equally sized rooms upstairs with an attached bathroom. Half bathroom downstairs. I have a washer and dryer you can use. Gas stove/oven and heater. Off-street parking. Fenced backyard. Nice, quiet neighborhood.
