You will be responsible for all utilities, lawncare, and basic house maintenance and upkeep (smoke detector batteries, furnace filters, etc). Smoking is not allowed inside the home ever. Pets are negotiable and subject to screening and approval with an additional pet deposit and small monthly pet fee. Application fees are $50 per adult for full screening for credit check, criminal background check, reference check, and prior landlord check. While we are very thorough with screening, we are able to be flexible in many scenarios depending on the nature of the issue and with your transparency and honesty!
