Toronto House is a joint venture between Westbank and Allied. Designed by Hariri Pontarini Architects, the project retains the visual integrity of the historic Southam Press building in its podium levels, while integrating a 58 story rental residential tower above.

The workspace component of Toronto House is home to Thomson Reuter's new Global Innovation Hub, who have made a significant long term commitment to Toronto and Canada.
